Service Description

An hour is enough time to either get a lighter, full body relaxation massage OR a deep tissue spot treatment on the upper or lower body. Choose 60 minutes if a quicker session addressing your stress or one or two problem areas is what you need. As always, speak to me regarding your goals and expectations.
